Applescript notifications
Pomodoro can be fully integrated in your daily pomodoro workflow: every notification can be associated with an applescript script, and since 1.3.5 Pomodoro is itself scriptable.
You can for example stop your messenger software, listen to your favourite song with itunes or whatever action you feel appropriate. Some examples can be found here.

Since 1.3 you can compile, test and run your scripts directly inside Pomodoro application. You won't see variables substitutions in action, so you'll find $pomodoroName and similar in results.
Since 1.3.5 Pomodoro is itself scriptable, meaning you have yet another option for integration: start and manage a Pomodoro directly from you application!
To see what you can do with Pomodoro scripting, just open the Pomodoro Dictionary with your AppleScript Editor.
/Applications/Utilities/AppleScript Editor -> File -> Open Dictionary and choose Pomodoro.
