Pomodoro is released under a libertine BSD license, so feel free to use it everywhere you need. Pomodoro uses the gorgeous BGHud Framework - at least until Snow Leopard hopefully will make Hud controls public - and the ubiquitous Growl Framework for notifications. You'll have to install Growl for yourself: I could have the framework embedded in the Pomodoro installation, but the download size would have grown to 10Mb!.
